Impact and Influencing Lead

Job Description

Pause now has years of experience in supporting women to change their lives, their wellbeing and their relationships with children. This puts us in a unique position to influence change, harnessing learning from a growing community of women with lived experience.

Our experience has shown that it is possible – with a long term, intensive, relationships-based approach – to support most women who have experienced recurrent removals to create and sustain long term change.

This role is vital to ensure that we evidence and share this impact, as well as influencing national policy and system change, amplifying local changes and raising awareness of women’s experiences.

You'll be leading Pause’s work to measure and evidence the impact of our work. You'll have the skills to analyse and interpret data and insight from Pause Practices across the network and use it creatively to share learning.

You'll develop our policy positions, and lead on our external influencing activity, achieving positive policy change for women at both a national and local level.

Please see the briefing pack for a detailed job description and person specification - you can find it on Pause's website, here: https://www.pause.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Briefing-Document-Impact-and-Influencing-Lead.pdf
