In this role you will be working as part of a team providing tailored support to community groups of all sizes and to local authorities.  You will lead this work in Bristol and the South West and provide line management support to two Development Officers.

Our normal process is to longlist initially, inviting candidates to a 15 minute on-line informal interview with our HR lead and someone from the recruiting panel. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity for verbal feedback and coaching to help them prepare for the final interview.

Initial interviews are scheduled for 4th January and second interviews for 12 January 2022.
