Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Comms & Engagement, we're looking for an experienced Data Manager tolead on LandAid’s data transformation and embedding of an improved data culture that helps us to achieve our mission to end youth homelessness more effectively and efficiently. This is a part-time one year fixed-term role for 15-21.5hrs per week.

The immediate priority will be a programme to improve our use of Salesforce (ensuring it remains fit for purpose to deliver reporting and analysis). Your role will combine assessing and advising on improvements to workflows, introducing and inspiring the take up of new data tools and resources thoughtfully and with appropriate training and support, and doing so at a pace that engenders excitement rather than terror. You will be able to plan, prioritise and project manage effectively, knowing that your work serves the organisation as a whole and has to slipstream alongside a range of competing and pressing demands.

You will be central to efforts to improve the use of data in our decision making – be that in our engagement with the property sector or with charity partners. Interpreting and communicating data and evidence in attractive and engaging ways will be important as will tailoring that information to a range of internal and external audiences.

This is a new position at LandAid so you will have an important part in developing and evolving the role as we understand its potential better.
