The Research Manager will work in a dedicated Impact and Evidence team at the heart of Youth Futures.  You will be crucial to our ambition to commission, collate and share high-quality evidence on what works to support the most disadvantaged young people into good jobs.  You will support the Head of Research and Impact and the Director of Impact and Evidence to develop a high-quality evidence base for policymakers, practitioners and employers. You will design, commission, and manage research projects; work with colleagues across Youth Futures to share research findings; and build effective relationships to increase the quality and impact of our research.   

The Research Manager will support all aspects of Youth Futures research, from design to impact. This will include: helping to shape our research strategy; identifying research questions alongside colleagues in Youth Futures; working closely with research partners and suppliers so that projects are delivered on time and to budget; and ensuring that all research outputs are of a consistently high quality and make clear, practical and impactful recommendations for practice and policy.
