Job Description

The Director of Marketing and Partnerships role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative communications and marketing leader with an entrepreneurial flair. 

This role reports to Tony Armstrong, our CEO, and will be working with a dynamic team of diverse and enthusiastic people, committed to success for our members to achieve positive change for communities across England.

The current Covid 19 emergency has proved that our teams can work effectively from around the country.  So, although our Head Office is in Shoreditch, this post will initially be home based and will remain flexible on location.

We expect the role to be full time, however, in line with our flexible working policies, if you would like to suggest alternative arrangements, just let us know.

Our normal process is to longlist initially, inviting candidates to a 15 minute on-line informal interview with our HR lead and someone from the recruiting panel.   Unsuccessful long listed candidates will be given the opportunity for verbal feedback.  Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity for feedback and coaching to help them prepare for the final interview.
