Job Description
Overall purpose of the role
Provide support on Procurement processes including Supplier Onboarding and Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Key Tasks
Administration and reporting on Hiperos new supplier onboarding portal
Provide Hiperos support internally & to potential new suppliers
Maintain & update PO approval matrices in line with company policy
Assist buyers with JD Edwards PO queries
Create & amend JDE Production PO records as required by Production Controller
Provide cover as required for Corporate Card Administration, Employee & Author Travel and Fleet Management
Purchase to Pay reporting & analysis, including balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with other processing & tasks as required by Procurement Manager
Additional project work may be required
SOX, Audit and data
Ensure all tasks completed in line with all Approval Matrices, SOX & audit controls
Ensure all tasks completed whilst maintaining data security
Person Specification
Experience in Procurement or Finance role
Knowledge of purchase order processes
Experience & understanding of audit controls
Excellent record-keeping & filing skills
Exceptional customer & supplier care skills
Good problem-solving skills
Organised & accurate
Proficient in excel and word
Able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
Flexible –adapts well to changing priorities and situations
