The Role

The Talent Acquisition team is an integral part of Incubeta’s success and growth. We are currently a team of four, and sit alongside HR and Learning and Development as part of a wider PET department (People Experience Team). We help Incubeta in the UK achieve its ambitions by recruiting the right people and making sure the brand is well known in the marketplace.

The Talent Acquisition Lead is accountable for hiring on vacancies across Incubeta predominantly in the UK, and some in the US, and also for making sure the brand is well-managed, and the business ready to hire the right people at the right time. A typical week will include things like one to one meetings with team members, aid and advocating for them to grow their careers; meeting with Heads Of Department about their hiring needs; hands on recruiting; updating talent acquisition performance to the business; working on road map projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, improving systems and processes, PSL management. 

We are very team-oriented and bi-annual team targets, which the team’s bonuses are linked to. The team have hit 7 of their 8 last bi-annual targets.

Package

Incubeta pay industry benchmarked salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path.  We also offer additional performance related bonus, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
