We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our team.

About you and the role

Working as part of the Operations team you'll work with colleagues to deliver Finance and HR processes, as well as contributing to the day-to-day running of the office. You will enjoy problem solving, working collaboratively as well as using your own initiative to deliver work in an efficient and timely manner.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

  • Provide accurate and timely financial administration, including maintaining the sales and purchase ledger, credit control and other in-house software applications.

  • Administer HR documentation, adhering to internal data security and confidentiality processes

  • Efficiently field any issues that come up regarding the premises and work with the operations team to ensure that the working environment is safe and up to standard.

  • Procure supplies, control stock and inventory, with a focus on managing business costs

  • Spot opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.

Your skills

You'll be the right person for this job if you are:

  • Highly organised and self-motivated

  • Flexible and able to respond to changing priorities

  • Enjoy a varied workload where no two days are the same

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and confident in your ability to get to grips with new systems.

The Particulars

This role is office based and we will consider applications from candidates seeking both full and part time work.

Location: 50 Copperas Street, Manchester, M4 1HS

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm (or earlier finish time if applying part time).

Please note that this post holder will be a key holder and as part of the role will open the office in the morning.
