Job Description

·        Implement talent management, succession planning, recruitment, and performance management strategies across directorates to ensure that teams are structured, resourced, and guided appropriately

·        Implement data-led engagement and well-being initiatives to ensure that our people are well-supported and motivated in line with the organisation’s values

·        Provide expert guidance to managers on people policy, relevant legislation, and case management to ensure a fair, consistent, and effective approach to employee relations across the organisation

·        Oversee and be an advocate for organisational design and development activities, recommending initiatives for change on the basis of data and insight

·        To drive the People & Culture agenda as a credible and strategic Business Partner/ People Manager, drawing on your technical and experiential know-how to help shape People plans for the future

·        Create detailed project plans which identify and sequence the activity that needs to happen to successfully complete the projects in line with the people plan

·        Partner with key stakeholders to monitor and evaluate directorates against agreed OKRs to ensure that strategic principles of people management are embedded across Trussell Trust

·        Reflect the values of the Trussell Trust, role-modelling leadership behaviours and acting as an advocate of the culture, diversity and inclusivity, ensuring it thrives throughout the organisation

·        Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, resourcefulness and best practice to make the best use of time and skills in the team

·        Promote collaborative and flexible working across the People & Culture team and the wider organisation

·        Any other reasonable duties as specified by the line manager to support the work of the Trust.
