The Role 

This role is an exciting opportunity to be the go-to person and the face of our award winning brand, Incubeta! As the Office Coordinator you will be key in ensuring the smooth running of the office and everything in-between. It’s an exciting role and no 2 days are the same! 

As the primary contact for Incubeta, you will need to be able to build positive professional relationships both internally and externally. You will also provide support to the office as a whole while having a high level of autonomy.

The person in this role will work closely with the HR Manager and have the opportunity collaborate and upskill with Senior Management team as well as being the heart of interacting with all the lovely people at Incubeta.

Your day to day will consist of (but not limited to) co-managing reception and office duties, HR administration, dealing with employee queries, collaborating with the People Experience Team to bring in new initiatives from a people perspective & so much more!
