Job title:   International Partnerships Coordinator

Salary range: £29,270 - £31,825

Type of contract: Permanent

Location:  London, Hybrid

Working hours:   Full time, 35 hours per week (part-time to be considered)

 

About the role

The RCOG has an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills to work within a small friendly team supporting our International Representative Committees (IRCs) and international partnerships.

This is an interesting and varied role providing project and administrative support for our programme of IRC elections as well as supporting a number of projects for country specific meetings and activities.

You will support our relationship management and communication with key international stakeholder groups in 21 countries, and other strategic partners. You will have the opportunity to work with and support our elected officers as well as senior staff and others across the College and internationally.

 

About you

  You will have:

  • Strong administrative, organisational and project skills

  • The ability to organise and support meetings with diverse stakeholder groups

  • Experience of managing relationships with various stakeholders and dealing with enquiries

  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders

  • An interest in and awareness of working across a global network

  • Experience of using a CRM system or database
