More about what you’ll do:

• Find and attract talent using job sites, social media, headhunting, networking, events, assessment days, employee referrals, and more. Develop new and creative strategies for hiring, with the support of the talent team.

• Help us make diversity and inclusion a core focus for hiring and beyond. Use Applied – our bias-removing hiring applicant tracking system – and train hiring managers in how to use it too.

• Help us improve our process. Analyse recruitment data, trends and candidate feedback to help us improve our process. Bring creative ideas on how to do things better, in ways that best reflect our values and culture.

• Book interviews, manage diaries and be a support for hiring managers. Manage our relationships with recruitment agencies. You’ll be one of our go-to people for hiring at Habito.
