Job Description

The Role

As the Senior Social Specialist you will sit within our Media Success team, working with some of our biggest clients. You will be core in supporting our delivery team and implementing account strategies and ensuring that clients/teams are using best practices to help grow these accounts.

You will have the opportunity to support our sales team with pitches to new and prospective clients, whilst also helping clients with their strategy planning. While the main focus is on Paid Social, you will also get the opportunity to expand your knowledge further and learn how all channels work collectively with a joined up strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on a project basis to support our delivery team on strategy and implementation

  • Auditing Internal and External Paid Social Accounts

  • Supporting the sales team with pitches to prospective clients

  • Developing our relationship and best practises for all Social Media Platforms 

  • Preparing and delivering paid social training sessions internally and externally

Key skills

  • You have experience running paid social campaigns on both a branding and a direct response basis.

  • Possess a thorough understanding of Facebook and other most popular paid social platforms & have strong ethos of using best practice approaches across campaigns

  • Have a view on Facebook attribution and how this differs to other attribution models

  • Are able to provide creative guidance to clients and creative agencies to help us deliver against the objectives

  • Have experience and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different Social Media Platforms for advertisers
