More about what you’ll do:

• You’ll develop exciting ways to attract Engineering, Product, and Design talent (for example, through social media, headhunting, networking, recruitment events, assessment days, and our referral scheme), and nurture and manage relationships with future candidates.

• You’ll build the Habito employer brand by keeping an eye on recruitment data and analysing trends to help improve our processes with creative ideas. 

• You’ll keep things moving smoothly by managing diaries and scheduling interviews. You’ll get familiar with our in-house blind hiring ATS and train hiring managers on how to use it.

• You’ll keep our values at the heart of your work and be an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
