Our clients include the National Trust, People’s History Museum, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Earthwatch, British Museum and Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse theatres.

We are currently recruiting for an Analyst on a permanent basis.

About you and the role

As an Analyst, you'll deliver actionable insight for our clients. help develop innovative data and analytics processes; help develop the value of new business from existing and new clients, toward MHM sales strategy and; contribute to a successful team culture.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

  • Project manage consultancy and research projects from initiation to completion.

  • Design and set up quantitative research tools including setting up databases and designing survey scripts that meet client objectives and MRS guidelines.

  • Source and analyse secondary research.

  • Output data, including data validation and quality control.

  • Analyse primary and secondary data and actively contribute to insight workshops.

  • Contribute to primary qualitative research design, collection and analysis eg recruiting, designing and carrying out interviews and group discussions. 

  • Deliver actionable insight to clients: produce deliverables including reports and presentations in collaboration with project teams using the MHM insight process.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, before, during and after projects to generate repeat business and build long-term value.

    Support and training will be given to the successful applicant.

  • Are able to explain and present complex issues in an accessible way.
