Job Description

In the second year of the Frontline qualifying programme, all participants are offered a set of individualised one to one coaching sessions with a professional coach, to help achieve our mission by developing their leadership skills. The Coaching Programme Officer will have responsibility for the quality and consistency of the leadership coaching programme, including strategic planning and evaluation in order to further shape and improve it.

There is a high autonomy culture within the team and organisation, so the role requires someone who is well organised, pro-active and can use their initiative to do what works. The officer will need to be flexible and think strategically, at times beyond their role, as the team often work collectively to get the best results. The officer will need experience in project management, implementing programmes and have a confident and inclusive communication style. The successful candidate will work across a varied range of activities so will need to adapt quickly to the needs of programme participants and coaches.
