Job Description

This is a new role for Working Families, reflecting the charity’s desire to further diversify our income and build new supporter relationships with the 1.6 million people who use our website. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for creating an individual giving programme, supporting our Changemaker programme and growing legacy income. This role will lead the development and delivery of supporter acquisition and management of early-stage engagement welcome. This role will also lead and develop legacy income growth within our existing Changemaker programme. As this is our only fundraising role, we need someone who is self-motivated, organised and sets themselves high standards.

This role is managed by the Head of Marketing & Communications and sits within the small Marketing & Communications team, working to build the brand of the charity, support other teams’ work and reach as wide an audience as possible with our services.
