Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

This role is part of the UK team, which helps the government and public sector organisation in the UK ensure citizens and governments can work better together for better outcomes. Our aim is to help the UK government and public sector organisations listen, learn and adapt better so citizens' needs come first. Activities would include:


  • Conduct research and fieldwork projects, which involve both desk-based research but crucially involve innovative methods to ensure we are listening to citizens and putting their needs at the heart of everything we do

  • Develop clear communication around our research and further our thought initiative

  • Build and manage long-term client relationships

  • Develop knowledge and expertise of Local and Central Government in the UK

  • Seek and apply for public sector grants to help CPI UK further our mission 

  • Help run our small team and help us as an organisation listen, learn and adapt to challenges better. We believe that by experimenting as an organisation with different methods and strategies we bring authenticity in our recommendations for organisational change
