Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-growing, dynamic and global Signatory Relations (SR) team. The SR team is responsible for engaging with current and potential signatories and implementing the PRI’s  initiatives globally. It is headed by the Chief Signatory Relations Officer (CSRO), who is supported by six directors. These include a Planning and Operations Director and team (SR Ops), an Asset Owner Empowerment Director, and four Regional Directors for the Americas, Northern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Continental Europe and Asia Pacific, in turn supported by teams of Relationship Managers based in their respective regions. The SR team, and SR Ops in particular, liaise with every other function in the PRI to drive responsible investment and achieve the overall PRI Blueprint. 

This role sits within the Signatory Relations Operations (SR Ops) team, and reports to the SR Director of Planning and Operations but also works closely with our CSRO.

The role is critical to ensure the smooth running of the team, from supporting on planning the regular interactions for the global SR team, to ensuring good filing systems and document control, to supporting to ensure clean signatory data within our CRM system and website, to filtering queries to the inbox and handling induction for new joiners to the SR team. The role also includes direct support for the CSRO, and SR Director of Planning and Ops for overall SR team functioning.

This role requires someone with enthusiasm for bringing process, order and organisation to a fast-moving and growing team, who is proactive, with excellent communication skills and who can build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.

Core Responsibilities:

■ With the Director of Planning & Ops, plan and manage the engagement with the global SR team, and SR Leadership team, including planning and coordination of our regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual interactions. Produce and manage minutes and actions for those meetings, as required.

■Lead the on-boarding process for new Signatory Relations team staff, including strong liaison with internal teams (HR and IT especially).

■ Ensure good organisation of the SR team filing system, including implementing document control procedures to support this.

■ Signatory Relations Operations inbox management: initial clearinghouse, plus responding to general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

■ Updating signatories accounts on our internal CRM system plus follow-ups confirmations.

■ Updating the website with new signatories or changes to existing ones.

■ Support for the Chief Signatory Relations Officer and the Director of Planning & Ops (trips, expenses, calendar management, document support).

■ Strong liaison with other teams as necessary to achieve agreed tasks (including HR, IT, Comms, Events, Content, Finance, Operations)

■ Provide regular reporting to the Director of Planning and Operations as required.
