the opportunity

We’re looking for a Partnerships & Trade Executive to join the eve sleep team, as part of our wider Commercial team reporting to our Head of Partnerships. As a Partnerships and Trade Executive, you will support the execution of the partnerships strategy, manage the order fulfilment for B2B partners, and build out a new sales pipeline, primarily in the trade and hospitality sectors. 

 As part of the wider Commercial Team, you will work closely with several other teams here at eve; particularly Operations, Creative and Product Development, to offer the best experience for our B2B customer base and help implement growth strategies. 


the day-to-day stuff.

  • Work closely and support the Head of Partnerships to roll out and execute the commercial strategies set, identify opportunities, and recommend areas for growth.

  • Responsible for the whole customer life cycle, generating new leads through prospecting and networking (using Linkedin or other sales tools), offering our product range to key trade customers, and managing the flow of inbound trade enquiries.

  • Manage the B2B sales cycle from end to end, from processing partner or wholesale orders to successful delivery (ensuring lead times are met) as well as customer aftercare.

  • Manage our partner portals to ensure dispatched orders are updated with tracking and backorders are well communicated to customers.

  • Maintain and track a solid, well-organised portfolio through the use of a CRM tool. 

  • Support with the pricing and product selection for wholesale and trade partners in line with the broader product strategy and upsell to customers where relevant.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals and product catalogues for prospective customers. 

  • Collate and analyse sales trends, and work with our Supply Chain team on the forecasts for our B2B customers. 

  • Support with the planning required to help facilitate promotional and peak periods (such as Black Friday).

  • Create and share regular reporting on current performance and status of new business leads, with continued work to optimise performance and unlock revenue potential.

  • Research and share insights on market trends (particularly within the wholesale and trade sectors) and actively monitor key competitor activities.

  • Some exposures to a sales environment (e.g. key account management, sales or business development).

  • Familiarity with using a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk) and Excel would be super handy.
