Job Description

The Role:

  • Work with key clients to advance their analytics capabilities, and drive their data maturity through roadmaps and planning frameworks

  • Lead on project management for the delivery of our Adobe Analytics workstreams with key clients

  • Communicate progress and technical milestones to key clients in impactful ways i.e. visual outputs

  • Provide quality assurance of Adobe Analytics deliverables, and evaluate implementation decisions made by our technical team

  • Review & evolve ways of workings and governance with key client relationships

  • Translate business requirements, and support with project scoping for analytics opportunities

  • Support with ongoing client management and project management for GA service clients

  • Ad hoc Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation & troubleshooting queries

  • Support with Google Analytics 4 implementation projects

  • Support with training programme delivery

 

About You:

  • Experience in web and/or app analytics implementation & maintenance

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe analytics and client facing experience, 

  • Proficient at identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics products suite

  • Confident in client-facing communication

  • Has a solid storytelling ability, 

  • Has previous client management experience 

  • Can explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • Great analytical skills, detail-oriented and confident in making data-driven decisions, and providing rationale for proposed solutions.

Salary

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path.  We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
