Job Description

At Frontline, we are creating an organisation with less bureaucracy, high levels of autonomy and feedback, and deeply responsible colleagues with clear expectations of one another. We believe this culture will accelerate our impact and progress towards our mission. The Head of People role is critical to making sure this culture runs throughout the employee experience, from recruitment and on-boarding to learning and development and performance management, ultimately supporting colleagues to do their very best work at Frontline.

You will set the overall strategic vision for the People function as we launch our new organisational strategy next year. Leading a talented and committed team, you will deliver a top-quality service to colleagues who proactively seek out and trust the expertise of the People function. You’ll also be responsible for developing the people capability of the organisation, holding colleagues to account for leading and managing the performance of their teams and ensuring that the effectiveness of Frontline’s employees is everyone’s priority.

We are seeking a broad range of applicants for this role, including actively seeking applications from black and minority ethnic applicants and those with a disability so that discussions at our leadership group level have a wider range of perspectives and to improve the rigour of decision making. We believe that the strongest performing teams have a lot of difference in them and we are actively seeking to diversify and to create a workplace that is welcoming for all, regardless of disability, religious belief, sexuality, gender or ethnicity.
