Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join us as a Development Executive. You will play a significant role within the Business Development Team to provide both internal and external support. This will be both colleague and customer focussed. The role of Development Executive will be used to provide relationship management to Sports Leaders deliver Centres, whilst also supporting internal processes and insight driven analysis.
The main purpose will be:
1. To support the Development Team to meet business development budgets and deliver targeted strategies
2. Relationship managing engagement with Centres to ensure the registration of Qualifications, Awards & Packages on an annual basis
3. Responsibility and ownership of management information and relationship management insight relating to Centres
4. Identify and develop growth opportunities with customers and partner networks
5. Support customer contacts and queries and operate relevant customer communication channels when necessary (e.g phones and email boxes), ensuring they are signposted effectively across the organisation
To be successful in the role you will be passionate, self-motivated and have a logical mindset. You will have the communication skills to influence and engage others.
