Job Description

Do you want to be part of a small but growing team that is aiming to play a key role in creating a more equitable and sustainable future in Asia?

We are looking for a highly-organised and proactive Team Coordinator to support our Asia Pacific team office in delivering creative, impactful work within our areas of focus. This role involves providing administrative and project support to the team, as well as functioning as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of APAC.

About us

Forum for the Future is an independent, international non-profit with a purpose to accelerate systems change for a just and regenerative future. We have a 25 year track record in partnering with pioneering companies who recognize that social and environmental issues are already shaping their business context today, and want to actively create the conditions for their future success.

In addition to working with these organisations one on one, we bring companies, NGOs, government representatives and others together to create action-oriented coalitions on particularly urgent and complex sustainability challenges. Examples include Responsible Energy Initiative, which seeks to enable the renewable energy sector in the Asia Pacific region to adopt business models and value chains that are ecologically safe and socially just.; Cotton 2040, which is working to mainstream sustainable cotton; and Circular Leap Asia, which aims to empower apparel manufacturers across Asia to fast-track solutions towards a circular economy. As a charity, we publicly share our learnings from this work through communications, events, and our School of System Change.

Forum has offices in London, New York, Mumbai and Singapore. We are a multi-cultural team of 80+ people and we operate as a global team, delivering both international and local projects.

We specialize in addressing critical global challenges by catalyzing change in key systems, and have steadily delivered value to key businesses in the Asia Pacific region over a period of seven 5 years.
