Reporting to: Head of Sales 
Contracted 9am - 5pm Every Saturday 

Applicants must be based in London and able to work in our offices on a weekly basis.  

Inigo is an estate agency that specialises in selling exceptional historic homes across the UK. We were founded by the people behind The Modern House and aim to unlock the true value in every home we represent by telling its story, presenting magazine-quality photography, and delivering exceptional client service. 

We are looking for an impeccably organised, team-oriented person to provide administrative support to our exceptional team of Sales Advisors. The job involves booking in viewings at the best homes in the UK. Enquiries arrive by phone and email, and you will need to be adept at reacting, prioritising and providing outstanding customer care. 

You will work very closely with the rest of our committed team to set new standards in estate agency and deliver the best service for our clients, buyers and viewers. Previous experience in estate agency is not necessary, but the ability to juggle tasks and retain information under pressure is essential.

Primary Objectives: 

  • To be the initial point of contact for all viewing requests via phone, web and email 

  • To book viewings and log feedback in to our agency CRM system 

  • To build strong rapport with clients and buyers and work closely with the advisory team to ensure we are providing impeccable customer service. 

  • To know access information and basic property information to ensure that each viewing is serviced as efficiently as possible  

  • To liaise with our network of viewings hosts and maintain relationships 

  • To maintain and organise our property key system 

The successful candidate will be:

  • Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service   

  • Adaptable and flexible 

  • Have an interest in historic architecture and design
