Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of key strategic activity across recreational cricket for young people. This role will contribute to developing and influencing decision-making within the participation and growth team, as well as across The ECB more broadly to ensure more young people from diverse and deprived backgrounds have the opportunity to participate in Cricket.
Reporting into the Head of Youth Strategy and working in a dynamic, collaborative team, you will utilise your analytical skillset to manage and support innovative new projects that are truly game changing. For example, outreach and inclusion, social return on investment and diversifying revenue opportunities.
You will help source and provide strong evidence bases, analytical skills and project management. This will enhance The ECBs in-house capacity to integrate and understand the context of cricket for young people across a wide range of stakeholders and infrastructure, including ECB teams, County Cricket Boards (CCBs), Charity Partners and a wide-range of school types. Where gaps in knowledge exist, you will also help identify, map and design how we bridge these gaps to support our strategic priorities.
You will have experience working with data of varying types and qualities to provide analytical expertise that will inform decision making. You will have the ability to curate, convert and communicate data clearly and simply, whilst managing multiple projects.
