Job Description

#We are looking for a Learning and Developement Coordinator. An indvidual who builds relationships, a proactive individual with a keenness to learn to provide our teams with a first class informative service.

Joining a team of 9, this role will:

  • Build relationships with and thereby deliver an excellent service to the core site operations through advising compliance best practice.
  • Administer the current training processes, issue training request forms and ensure the procedure is adhered to.
  • Maintain employee training records and ensure certificates are up to date on HR Systemand the Shared Drive.
  • Create new training events and record attendees on internal systems
  • Process certificates and attendance records by scanning / saving / uploading / and recording of posting.
  • Close training events by recording expiry dates / adding relevant CPCS, CSCS, CISRS, NPORS categories.
  • Assist with NVQ processes and apply for the relevant cards for employees.
  • Utilise CITB card checker, issue HS&E voucher codes, assist candidates with revision materials and applying for CSCS / CPCS cards.
  • Process inhouse learning events
  • Support the team with the financial processing of PO’s / GRN’s / Invoices / Credit Notes.

#There is also scope within the role to:

  • Improving current processes
  • Support the team through a new procurement process to source compliance training with a value of up to £1 million
  • Supporting and develop adherence to financial controls within and beyond the teamWe're looking for
