Today, the over 200 CEO’s in the Unreasonable Fellowship have raised more than $4B in financing, generated more than $3B in revenue, and are measurably impacting the lives of more than 350 million individuals in nearly every country and territory worldwide.

We are now searching for a Regional Manager (RM) for our UK, European, Middle Eastern and African communities of entrepreneurs. The RM will serve as the point of contact for the entrepreneurs in these regions. In addition, the RM will support regional entrepreneur selection and pre-programme onboarding when applicable. The RM will report directly to our Director of Global Alumni and work closely with our Managing Director of Global Portfolio as well as the broader Venture Selection Team. This is an exciting, multifaceted role balancing a number of dynamics and responsibilities. This position is based in London, England and will require international travel several times a year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA-based entrepreneurs across our portfolio. Currently, there are over 60 entrepreneurs based in these regions with an additional 20 being added each year. The current breakdown of entrepreneurs in each region is UK (30), Europe (8), Middle East (2), Africa (22).

  • Share “check-in calls” three times a year with the entrepreneurs under your management to understand how the Unreasonable community can best be of continued support to them.

  • Collect the ongoing fundraising needs of the entrepreneurs under your management .

  • Work with the Director of Global Alumni and Managing Director of Global Portfolio to develop tailored investor lists of funding connections Unreasonable can make for each entrepreneur under your management who is raising investment.

  • Support the Unreasonable Community Team (the division of Unreasonable that facilitates our various programmes) as they develop world-class events and workshops that drive value to our entrepreneurs.

  • Work with Unreasonable’s Venture Selection team to identify new ventures across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa to participate in future Unreasonable initiatives.

  • Attend the investor gathering and the closing days of the Unreasonable Impact UK Programme each year and any other relevant programmes that are specific to the regions under your management.

  • Collaborate with our corporate partners to create intimate gatherings within their communities that drive value to our entrepreneurs.

  • Work with the Unreasonable Media Team to collect and highlight press hits for the entrepreneurs/ventures under your management.

  • You consider yourself a strong relationship builder and easily maintain contact with an extensive network.

  • You work best on a fast-moving team that is collaborative, and when needed, you are able to take full ownership of a project from start to finish without direct management.
