The Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Interim HR Project Manager (12 month FTC with possibility to go permanent) to support our rapidly growing media and technology business in the UK. 

You will be responsible for guiding and overseeing or managing the successful delivery of projects within the People Team (Learning & Development, Talent and Office Management). You will work together with Senior Stakeholders to communicate the progress of projects and gain their buy-ins and timely support. Similarly, you will be responsible for building awareness within the wider business of People Projects and key milestones. 

This is a rare opportunity for an individual looking to work with a fun and bubbly team who are experts within their field. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from an office fit-out to launching a new learning management system, meaning no two days will ever be the same.

Key projects you will be working on:

  • Office management - You will support the Office Coordinator to ensure smooth running of day to day operations in the UKIE offices/WFH and help identify better ways of working. You will also support the Office Coordinator in the design, development and delivery of Office projects:

    •  Identification and launch of Office platforms/suppliers and ways of working that support the smooth running of day to day operations

    • Office fit-out 

  • Learning and development - You will be supporting the L&D Manager with the development and launch of L&D initiatives in the UKIE. Projects to include:

    • LMS launch

    • Development and delivery of onboarding and ongoing learning paths

    • Incubeta Training Days

    • Incubeta Coaching and Mentorship Programs

    • Incubeta Internship

    • PDR rollout to wider Incubeta regions

  • Talent - You will be expected to follow and understand the progress on open roles and escalate any barriers to hiring. You will support the Talent Team in the following projects: 

    • Development of best practices and hiring collateral 

    • Incubeta Alumni

    • Incubeta Internship

    • Employer branding initiatives such as; organisation and running of industry events, launch and ongoing development of a Women’s Network

  • Team Development - You will be responsible for managing, motivating, developing and supporting members of the People Team. You will also be an escalation point for members of the People Team, provide support to the HR director where needed and identify any cost saving initiatives within the People Team.


Key skills

  • Confident managing projects from conception through to completion

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience bringing members across departments together to collaborate in achieving a common goal and overcoming competing priorities and deadlines

  • Good commercial awareness and experience of managing projects with strict budgets

  • People management experience

  • A good understanding of the remit of a HR department
