Summary of Role

Anthesis is looking for a Client Solutions Associate to support its North American business by strengthening the business development process, from qualifying and following up with inbound leads, to proposal development and curating supporting materials for proposals.

As part of the operations team, your role will be wide-reaching: you’ll interact with experts across the business to develop sales materials and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure handoff of leads and tracking of outcomes. You’ll get exposure to the full range of Anthesis services and become immersed in our approach to building new client relationships. While this position is dedicated to serving the North American business, the role will have the opportunity to collaborate with Anthesis colleagues globally.

This role will be instrumental in systematizing our approach to growing our business. This role has professional development opportunity: if you take on the challenge of building your fluency in the language of our services, you can take on more responsibility within the role.

 

Key Responsibilities

Proposals

·       Creating proposal templates and modules for custom proposal building blocks, in alignment with global sales materials

·       Managing proposal systems: organizing resources and keeping them up to date, in collaboration Client Solutions support in other Anthesis regions

·       Development of new proposals, to be reviewed and developed as needed by the relevant service/solutions/sector lead

·       Providing quality control and brand consistency review as a critical checkpoint on all NA proposal submissions

Leads Management

·       Qualify leads for the North American business from Anthesis webinars, downloads, conferences, inbound website inquiries and phone calls

·       Working with the appropriate business leader(s), assign leads to the best-placed Anthesis experts, or when appropriate, begin initial outreach to qualify the lead and then loop in the best-placed expert

·       Provide lead nurturing as needed: checking in periodically with leads who are on a slower timeline and share useful resources

Tracking and reporting

·       Keep a database of NA leads, status, services of interest, etc.

·       Report on outcomes and attribution, including where new contracts originated

·       Develop a dashboard showing new sales in the NA business over time

 

Key Requirements

 

·       1-3 years experience in proposals or formal document writing

·       Exceptional organization and time management skills, with strong multi-tasking ability, as there may be multiple proposal responses being worked on at a given time

·       Ability to think and work independently, while also being an enthusiastic and proactive team player

·       Excellent written English

·       Demonstrable passion for, and commitment to improving sustainability

·       Excellent interpersonal skills for working with both internal and external clients

·       Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

·       Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
