Job Description

This is an open call to join our network of experts. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible, as we have immediate engagement needs. And we are building and growing. Fast. 

  • Roles: Experts in Product management, User research, Service design and Agile delivery. We’re looking for people who have an excellent understanding of digital transformation with experience of leading or working within multidisciplinary teams in the public or private sector.

  • Salary: Day rate, dependent on experience 

  • Location: We welcome applications from within the UK and Globally 

  • Engagement: We have an immediate and future need for experts. Flexible 3-5 days/week plus potential travel. We welcome interest in either a contract basis (outside IR35) or indeed people who wish to engage with us on a fixed-term or temporary contract basis.

Role overview

Our global network of experts help us deliver a wide variety of digital transformation services to clients in more places around the world, faster than ever. Our network is built to be flexible and agile: it adapts and responds to our client’s needs, as rapidly as those needs change. It gives us options to deploy skilled people around the world.

Our network members are people we trust. People with skills and experience that our clients can benefit from, and who are excellent at building relationships with those clients.

Our engagement models with our experts vary depending on client need, but we are currently looking for Product management, User research, Service design and Agile delivery specialists on a variety of engagements. There will likely also be the opportunity for short trips abroad to spend time on site with clients (when Covid travel restrictions permit).

What we’re looking for

We are specifically looking for people with both expertise and delivery experience in at least one of the following specialisms:

  • Product management - experts who can coach, advise and lead digital product teams, identifying answers to blockers and helping them to anticipate and address challenges.

  • User research - lead and run user research across teams to deliver great services, and/or coach others on becoming more user-centred and developing a deep understanding and empathy for their users

  • Service design - help teams think about the whole service landscape, end-to-end journeys and explore ways in which customer needs can be met.

  • Agile delivery management - coaching organisations to adopt agile, iterative ways of working and help teams collaborate and become more self-organising.
