Can you help everyone at Habito achieve whatever they put their minds to?

With the support of our VP People, you’ll create and deliver engaging learning that inspires people, and helps them grow in their careers.

You’ll also work on People team projects across the business, and be a go-to person for our employees and leaders about all things HR.

Habito is regulated, so you’ll need to make sure we’re compliant with training and competence rules. Ideally, you’re familiar with the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR), and can help us train our people in this.

More about what you’ll do:

• Be a guide on all things people-related.​ Support employees and their managers from onboarding, to development, to offboarding, with a deep understanding of people processes. Keep our employee data confidential, up to date and handled in line with GDPR.

• Carry out a learning analysis​ to understand our people’s learning needs. Develop a plan which prioritises those needs.

• Design inspiring learning​ ​courses,​ workshops, and programs. Use blended learning principles to create learning that we can deliver remotely as well as in person, when we can.

• Continuously track and improve our learning.​ Set up reporting and tracking dashboards to show how it’s going, and how effective our learning is. Use that data to keep making our learning better.

• Champion Habito’s values and culture.​ Proactively build and develop a culture of growth, learning and continuous development across Habito. Keep our values at the heart of the learning you create.
