  • Supporting Department Leads in the identification of skills and resource gaps in order to allow the Catapult to scale and grow appropriately for new opportunities

  • Developing a skills matrix to ensure that the right people are utilised on the projects that match their capabilities and strengths

  • Experience in process building, creation and successful roll out

  • An understanding of the fundamentals of project management and how to apply that knowledge to resource management.

You know you have been successful when you have…

  • Managed resource requests ensuring that all projects have been allocated the appropriate resource in line with capacity and needs

  • Maintained up-to-date resource availability and capacity plans and forecasted resource needs for future project scenarios

  • Modelled resource supply and demand and build utilisation/demand reports for resources across the company

  • Suggested solutions as needed to resource request conflicts

  • Mapped and assessed current processes and tools to identify needs and opportunities for improvement

  • Identified areas for continuous improvement and work with the Delivery Governance manager to implement these

  • Provided supportive line management to your team
