Job Description

Frontline is continuing to grow and expand its impact. As we embark on this new stage in the organisation’s development we are looking to recruit a part-time Coaching Coordinator. In the second year of the Frontline qualifiying programme, all participants are offered a set of individualised one to one coaching sessions with a professional coach, to help achieve our mission by developing their leadership skills. The Coaching Coordinator will manage all the administration of the coaching offer including monitoring activity, collating feedback and being the main point of contact for coaches and participants.

The role offers the opportunity to build and manage relationships with a wide range of partners and the successful candidate will be a flexible, committed individual with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills who enjoys variety and working in fast-paced environment. There is a high autonomy culture within the team and organisation, so the role requires someone who is well organised, pro-active and can use their initiative to do what works. The individual will play a central part in supporting the delivery of the coaching element of the Frontline programme, which aims to support participants with their transition into Year 2 of the programme, building their self-reflexivity and practice leadership.

The Coaching team is a small team consisting of a Coaching Officer (0.6 FTE), Coaching Coordinator and Head of Programmes. Please note that we expect the successful applicant to work on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (the fourth day is flexible).
