The Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Conversion Specialist to support our rapidly growing media and technology business in the UK. This role will be based in our Belfast office.

As a Conversion Specialist at Incubeta, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points across our core clients. You will create and manage conversion optimisation roadmaps, launch and analyse A/B tests and ensure continuous iteration and improvement. You will collaborate with the wider teams across the business and directly with clients to analyse current priorities and performances. Hence, we are looking for someone who is able to prioritise these tasks and set expectations in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining, implementing and running all aspects of research and experimentation programmes for selected clients 

  • Conducting and interpreting audit analysis on websites internally and externally when required 

  • Building, maintaining and implementing A/B tests

  • Working directly with your clients to manage relationships, provide recommendations and agree priorities

  • Discussing opportunities with the team lead and cross department colleagues 

Key skills

  • Experience working in a conversion based role

  • Understanding of all aspects of conversion enhancement, including UX and analytics

  • Experience running A/B Testing 

  • Comfortable working with and presenting to clients

  • Client-side experience is preferable but not essential

  • Frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) is preferable but not essential
