The Role:

As our HR Operations and Hiring Coordinator, you'll manage the logistical aspects of our people organization. This is a multi faceted role ideal for someone who likes variety and has great administrative and customer service skills. You'll assist with pre boarding and onboarding, respond to new employee inquiries, assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications, manage our ATS and Jobs Boards, and administer our payroll and benefits programs. You'll be the point person for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers in achieving our hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate interview experience. For our new employees, you will be essential in ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience. This role has potential for growth.

You will be joining a growing Talent Acquisition Team composed of:

Head of Talent Acquisition, Recruiter, HR Ops and Coordinator (You!), and a Candidate Development Rep (our BDR for talent). 

What you'll get to do:

  • Manage the logistical aspects of employee pre boarding and onboarding

  • Maintain and Trigger actions in our ATS: send candidates for review to hiring manager, move candidates through our pipeline

  • Manage Job Boards

  • Coordinate and Schedule remote Interviews with Candidates and Proton team members

  • Act as a point of contact to Proton team members, answering their HR-related questions or directing them to where they can find answers

  • Execute recurring HR responsibilities e.g. running payroll

  • Administer our benefits

  • Other Ad hoc HR projects

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Works cooperatively across the organization to gain the confidence and trust of others

  • Extremely organized, attentive to detail with excellent time management and follow-up skills

  • Great communication and customer service skills

  • Sense of urgency and bias for action

  • Proactive, takes initiative and works with little direction

  • Experience with an ATS or aptitude and interest in learning new technologies

Experience that may be helpful:

  • HR Administrative background

  • You've worked at (or completed an Internship) at a fast-growth start up or similar organization

Compensation Details

This is a full-time remote position (within North America) with a USA based salary of $75k, equity, health benefits, 401k, and generous vacation policy.
