The Role

If you are on a journey, have passion for creativity, or if you’re looking for something new and want to gain some valuable experience whilst working towards a qualification then this could be the opportunity for you.

We’re looking for people who approach our projects with new perspectives, who use creativity, problem solving and critical thinking to take every opportunity and experience as a way to learn about this exciting industry we call advertising.

You’ll play a critical part in bringing to life ideas to encourage people to buy products, change their behaviour, give to charitable causes, or even effect social change and help businesses grow.

We want to give you first-hand experience of what it is like to be a producer in one of the world’s leading advertising agencies. You’ll be working with Art Directors, Copywriters and our account management teams. Or you could find yourself collaborating with Postproduction companies, Sounds Technicians and Video Editors. Working across projects that connect with consumer on multiple channels, whether that be on Social Media, Digital, TV or Out of Home Advertising. You’ll play a huge part in ensuring our clients expectations are met within budget and agreed timelines. 

You’ll get:

  • A 2-year placement and a start-up bonus, to give you the financial kick start to your new career. You’ll be assigned a mentor, you’ll get to work on real briefs, and have an incredible learning experience.

  • Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll spend 20% of your time studying towards a level 3 Junior Content Producer qualification.
