New Homes Sales Consultant

Aylesbury Based (with travel to our High Wycombe development)

Permanent – Part time (2 days a week – 14 hours with a work pattern of working Tuesdays and Wednesday with a Saturday and Sunday once a month).

About the opportunity with us:

Established in 2004, Careys New Homes is a family-owned home builder that specialises in creating new build developments in desirable locations across Southern England. We are growing and have a strong pipeline of developments within the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire region delivering 20 to 100 units schemes.

We now have an excellent opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant to promote and sell our flagship development based in Aylesbury. This role would also cover our development in High Wycombe as and when required.

Who we are looking for:

Someone that is focused on providing a positive and exciting customer journey with a flair for negotiating, promoting and selling our quality homes.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent service to customers from initial enquiry through to reservation, exchange, legal completion and occupation.

Achieving sales of homes aligned with agreed sales targets.

Proactively managing all customer enquires such as inbound calls and through the website or social media.

Ensuring that all aspects of the show homes and marketing suite, both internally and externally, are presented to a high standard.

Guiding customers around show homes and other plots demonstrating the features and benefits and overcoming any opposition.

Providing all relevant information to purchasers in relation to the development, specifications of homes and build completion dates.

Ensuring that all purchasers are financially qualified by our mortgage advisors.

Performing market research and collate reports for the sales management team as well as contributing to the team with ideas to ensure that all sales targets are met.

Experience and Skills

Previous demonstrable experience in a sales role, ideally within a similar sector - New Homes or Estate Agency.

Strong customer service skills.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Good IT skills (Word, Excel and our CRM system are the IT programmes).

Full driving license and car owner.
