About You 

You will have:

  • Experience developing, owning, building, and executing a marketing strategy to acquire B2B leads, scale brand recognition and consumer trust, and deliver results

  • The ability to create measurement plans for an outcomes focused organization.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience

  • Ability to direct and problem-solve across multiple teams and stakeholders, making the right trade-offs with clarity

The Role

As Marketing Director US at Incubeta US, you will work closely with Incubeta’s leadership team in setting strategy and priorities for the US business, as well as reporting directly into the US CEO. It is your role to act as the primary owner for the brand and performance marketing strategy and execution, while collaborating with key stakeholders across the group.  Furthermore, you will manage a Marketing Associate, encouraging their growth and development.

 

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Strategy, budgeting, and messaging: Architect to Incubeta’s marketing strategy and budgets within the US digital industry. Define who we’re building for and what differentiates us from the competition. 

  • Execution: Manage the execution of integrated marketing plans in conjunction with the product, creative, media strategy, editorial, business development, and other cross-functional partners. Develop campaigns and their execution, ensuring that all campaign elements maximally contribute to achieving KPIs.

  • Conversion and revenue optimization: Define and master the underlying business levers and drivers of our business to make data-informed decisions about business performance and growth opportunities. Working in close partnership with business development to drive new enqiuries by continuously optimizing our conversion flow and minimizing churn. 

  • Measurements: Develop key metrics and deliver insights about marketing performance and its impact on the business. 

 

You will be in charge of heading-up a cross-functional team to ensure alignment, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution of deliverables. You will need to hold regular meetings with your team and key stakeholders to review the pipeline, resolve obstacles, and present possible solutions, as well as provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard.
