The Ministry of Manpower is looking for an exceptional person to join them as a manager with Co-Lab.

Co-Lab is a multi-disciplinary team that creates human-centric and data-driven policies, with data analytics, design thinking and behavioural insights.

You will be guiding MOM departments to scale up data-driven decisions in MOM through:

• Engaging diverse groups of stakeholders to understand their needs

• Driving the design and implementation of solutions that best meets our stakeholders' needs

• Managing the costs, quality and schedule of key data related initiatives throughout its project lifecycle

• Developing MOM officers' capabilities in data management, analysis and visualisation

The ideal candidate should have a qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or related disciplines, with experience and knowledge in:

• Managing data related projects and initiatives

• Data visualisation and design guides for data dashboards

• SQL, SPSS, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI software

• Personal Data Protection Act would be an advantage

The ideal candidate would also have:

• Strong interpersonal skills in working with people

• An ability to develop strong partnerships with MOM departments

• A passion for data analysis and visualisation

• An interest in conducting training for MOM officers
