Distributors power the world's economy. They sustain the supply chains that deliver nearly every physical product you come across. But distributors can be way more efficient. We have begun invigorating the $6 Trillion dollar distribution industry by empowering the people who sell these products with AI.
Our team is growing like crazy, with plans to hire another ~40 team members over the next year. We're looking for a scrappy recruiter to lead our hiring efforts. This person would get the opportunity to:
Sell candidates on working on interesting problems, for a company with huge market demand, with an amazing group of teammates.
Recruit candidates across a wide range of roles, including sales, engineering, product, and leadership positions.
Innovate on every part of the hiring process. At Proton, we don't look at resumes--the data we've seen says they aren't very predictive of job performance, and open the door to all kinds of bias. We're looking for a recruiter that's excited to experiment with new forms of hiring, and let the data drive how we hire.
Build out processes and systems as we scale. Help us source, evaluate, interview, and sell candidates in a more scalable way.
Extend our team's diversity. We believe our team operates best when we have lots of different ideas and perspectives in the room.
Skills that we value:
Prior experience in recruiting, either at a start-up in a similar stage of growth, or for a similar set of roles (e.g. technical and sales roles).
Hustle and a strong "get it done" attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with potential hires.
Ability to collaborate and support teammates.
Basic comfort with hiring data, and ability to measure how well different hiring initiatives are working.
