Swoop Aero was founded to transform how the world moves essential supplies by making access to the skies seamless. We were the first company to deliver a vaccine using a drone under a commercial contract. Since then, we've expanded globally, transforming the health supply chain with drone logistics operations in five countries.

About the Role: 

We’re seeking someone passionate about putting plans into action. Your skills could range from engineering, business, or operations improvement/management - all of which can directly contribute to operational execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance developing and executing Flight Testing for cutting edge aircraft

• Helping to project manage network role outs in Australia

• Developing policy to support the continued uptake of RPAS in Australia

• Developing and refining operational processes and procedures to ensure sustainable and scalable deployment of RPAS.

What you will bring to the role:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

• Self-starter with ability to work independently

• Comfortable with multitasking (incl ad-hoc requests) in a deadline-driven environment
