About you

  • You will be responsible for capturing and nurturing leads to qualify sales opportunities

  • You will use your CRM and inbound marketing skills and experience to implement and improve the demand generation process across always-on paid and organic channels

  • You'll plan and deliver multichannel campaigns to expand Filtered's reach and influence across multiple market segments

  • You'll implement best practices to keep contact data current and using your precision and creativity to nurture inbound leads through targeted campaigns

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to deliver qualified leads to the sales team

  • Manage and optimise paid media channels

  • Build, test and refine landing pages to deliver above-average conversion rates

  • Supervise contact management and data flows within the CRM

  • Monitor lead progress through the qualification process and manage nurturing campaigns

  • Collaborate with members of the team working in content production, email and sales development to deliver business objectives

  • Contribute to the development of our strategic marketing roadmap

  • Deal with ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management to inform the strategy

  • Digital marketing: Wealth of experience marketing across multiple digital channels with a proven track record of driving growth

  • Inbound marketing: Intrinsically customer-centric, you market to your audience in the way you'd want to be marketed to, one that brings people in on their own terms

  • Web development: Technically minded and able to optimise systems and webpages to perform and convert better

  • Strategy: Able to see the bigger commercial picture, and devise tactics that will help paint it in
