About You

• You have 2 years experience of working in SEO with data tools such as Google Search Console.

• You are technical & strategy focused.

• You enjoy being client-facing and making an impact.

• You’re an eager, self-starter with a strong sense of initiative

• You have a keen eye for opportunity and feel excited to work on Greenfield projects.

The Role

You will sit in our award-winning UK Organic Media team, founded in 2019 that has seen incremental growth over the last few years and we're not stopping there..

This is a great opportunity to be part of a new, greenfield, growing team, and ultimately become our go-to expert, helping shape the vision for Search Experience Optimisation at Incubeta.

As our SEO Manager you're day to day will consist of (not limited to):

• Be our go to expert to supporting on new business proposals.

• Help and develop on the creation of SEO strategies for our clients to increase their organic visibility.

• Run and analyse Technical SEO audits

• Create weekly, reports and monthly QBR.

• Attend weekly client calls and meeting, with regular feedback and communicating to ensure campaigns are set up for success!

• Input into Content and PR Strategy.

The Organic Media team is a relatively young department, so it will be very exciting to come in and get involved in areas and greenfield projects that might not be available to an established team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to jump on a variety of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring you can upskill in various areas.

Package

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
