About This Role

This role is primarily administrative in nature, requiring you to learn or already be familiar using a broad range of software platforms quickly and easily. You will work closely with and co-manage your daily and weekly priorities with the company’s Chief Process Officer, who is in charge of strategic HR, organization design, learning & development, and software automation. 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Accurately process biweekly payroll for hourly and salary employees through iSolved

  • Manage all logistics of new hire onboarding, primarily through iSolved

  • Oversee benefits enrollment, fielding employee benefits questions

  • Oversee agent registration through the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC)

  • Ensure employees stay in compliance with required trainings and up to date records

  • Source potential candidates from various online communities

  • Advertise job openings on our website, social media, job boards, etc.

  • Assist our Chief Process Officer (CPO) and department heads in screening incoming candidates through Applied ATS

  • Assist our Chief Process Officer (CPO) and department heads in interviewing candidates

  • Assist our Chief Process Officer (CPO) in performance management, discipline, and termination procedures as necessary

  • Assist our Chief Process Officer (CPO) in EDI initiatives

  • Assist our Chief Process Officer (CPO) in authoring online trainings via EdApp

  • Maintain clear records and communication around tasks and objectives via Basecamp and Google Drive (docs, sheets, etc)

  • Comfortably and confidently give and receive feedback

  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with all employees

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information securely and discretely

  • Quickly learn and use new technology

  • Flex time: be able to effectively self-manage undirected time in service of a backlog of projects, reporting your progress on a regular basis
