We are hiring for a Financial Accountant in our Treasury & Special Projects team, located in Calgary, Alberta, reporting to the Manager, Treasury & Operations Accounting. This role will have accountability for daily cash forecasting and cash management, preparation of journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, borrowing and compliance activities, counterparty credit reporting, and ad-hoc credit requests. The successful applicant will need to be detail oriented and committed to accuracy, with a keen eye for process improvement and digital advancement opportunities. The ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is critical for this role. As a member of this team, you will be the contact point for various internal and external stakeholders, so your communication and inter-personal skills should be excellent.
