About the role
Anthesis is seeking an experienced professional to join our resources, circular economy and zero waste team. With hubs in the UK, Spain, US, and France, the successful candidate will benefit from working within a global, collaborative team, supporting ambitious, international clients to make tangible impacts through implementing circularity. The candidate will have the chance to be part of a successful, supportive, and rapidly growing team, advising industry famous clients to make a real difference to their sustainable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and project management (with perhaps line management and team management responsibilities down the line)
Research, strategy development and/or modelling and analysis in Circular Economy or Waste Strategy to support our clients and their projects
Drafting of reports for clients
Delivering on-line engagement activities as part of our client delivery programs (using innovative technologies to facilitate interactive on-line meetings).
Establishing new business opportunities (including as part of our T3 client engagement program)
Providing thought leadership content (via our blogs, podcast and marketing activities)
Key requirements:
Strong project management experience, specifically on Waste or Circular Economy projects
Comfortable with data and technical analysis
Good communication skills
Experience in delivering waste footprinting, zero waste options assessments/ strategies and/or circularity projects
Desirable skills
Knowledge of the tools for measuring circularity, such as the MCI
Experience in other sectors, such as manufacturing (e.g., fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals & fine chemicals), retail and supply chains, or construction
In-house experience or experience delivering on behalf of clients in a consulting environment
Experience in applying LEAN or with zero-waste certifications
