We’re looking for a brilliant Product Manager

Habito is making it easier than ever to get a mortgage, with cutting-edge technology and a straightforward service that puts customers in control.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join one of our fantastic teams of engineers, and product designers – to drive the team’s vision and strategy, manage their day-to-day work, and shout about them across the business.

Your team will create products that will scale Habito, either by building better tools and defining new processes for our internal operations teams or helping the customer self-serve through the homebuying journey. We build everything around real users and to solve real problems. So you’ll have the support of our user researcher and data science team to guide you.

We’ll also give you lots of dashboards and data, so you can iterate, and change direction fast if you learn something new.

More about what you’ll do:

• Define, scope, and deliver initiatives that engage our customers and offer them real value.

• Drive the vision for your team, and build a strategy and product roadmap that aligns to the team’s mission and success metrics.

• Manage your team’s day-to-day work: write tickets, manage the backlog, sort out bug fixes and technical improvements.

• Communicate. Manage expectations with multiple stakeholders (it’s an art) and get people around the business excited about what you’re doing.

• Be proactive. Stay on top of industry trends to find new opportunities.
