We’re looking for a detail-orientated Junior Quality Assurance Officer

Our Junior QA Officer will be part of the Operations team and is responsible for assessing our customer mortgage journeys to ensure that we provide the most suitable advice to our customers.

More about what you’ll do:

• Evaluating mortgage journeys in line with Habito policy and external regulations to ensure good customer outcomes.

• Analysing customer applications and carrying out robust file reviews for advice and file quality

• Providing technical advice and guidance to our Mortgage Expert and Case Management teams

• Delivering feedback on file and advice quality 

• Reporting on quality assurance outputs to the Quality Assurance Officer 

• Working closely with compliance to support the ongoing compliance monitoring programme
