Careys Recruitment Team help find people who are REALLY interested in solving problems just like the ones we’re hiring for.
We now have an exciting Entry-Level/Trainee opportunity for someone to really make our team shine.
Providing first-class 'people administration' support to our very busy Recruitment Team, you’ll get immersed in a huge variety of new employee related activities - producing contracts, obtaining references, inductions, improving candidate on-boarding experience - and really getting to know the heartbeat of our workforce.
You will be fully up-skilled and trained on all aspects of Recruitment, so no previous experience required
Curious about the world around you, you are innately inquisitive about people and what makes them tick
It's ESSENTIAL that you are an MS Office whizz – Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel & Word – your grammer, punctuation and eye for great visuals & detail is exceptional - creative writing skills a plus!
You are motivated by fast-paced, autonomous environments and always focus on solutions, not problems
